I have acquired an array of skills that would resemble a Jackson Pollock painting if ever put on a canvas. As it turns out, my path of disconjointed experiences has lead to a solid foundation for simply helping people. I spent, 2 years in college as an art major, I love to create. It taught me how to think outside of the box. I spent the next 2 years of undergrad as an education major, because I love working with people. I gathered some insight of how to effectively communicate with people. When I finished undergrad, I spent some time working with handicapped individuals. There I learned that everyone has value. I then worked as a youth minister for about 5 years. There I learned that you cannot please everyone. During this time I decided to go to Seminary. I was there for 3 years. There, I learned the power of a seed (insert link to seed analogy) and the bliss of ignorance. I thought about purpose, relationships and myself so much that I lost sight of God, forgot about my friends and had no clue who I was. After seminary I spent another couple of years studying accounting. It taught me the value of a dollar. I was an auditor for nearly 2 years. It taught me to be thorough and that even a CEO of a big hospital forgets his user name and password occasionally. I also learned the value of doubtful accounts (insert link to full story). During my accounting days, I decided to dabble in the stock market. In that I learned that it takes a long time to earn trust, but it only takes a few days to lose it. Now that the dust has settled after my own personal Armageddon, I am at the best place in my life, and at the present time, I am standing on a hill where it is impossible to be perfectly still. We either climb up or we slide down. I have decided to go towards the summit. And I hope that you will decide to do the same.
